Job Description:

Join our Product Design team and help shape digital experiences for millions. As a Product Designer at GEEK Up, you'll be a user champion, contributing to the success of impactful products. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces; it's about understanding the bigger picture and crafting solutions that drive user engagement and business value.

• User reseach: Utilize a variety of research methods to capture meaningful user insights.
• UX/UI ideation: Create a user-centered design strategy that aligns with business goals and effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
• UX/UI design: Develop interface and interaction design solutions that is both user-friendly and aligned with the project's overall goals. Maintain consistency in communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout each design iteration
• Design support: Collab with the development team to build a impactful product, incorporating new design solutions based on emerging insights.

• 2-3 years of product design experience (or a similar path Product Owner, Product Analysis looking to transition into design.)

• Experience with full-flow product market fit or experience with an innovative digital product development is a strong advantage.

• Human-centered design: You encompass empathy for all stakeholders (users, teammates, stakeholders) and focus on creating solutions that benefit everyone involved.
