About the job About us
SECUTIX is an industry-leading entertainment ticketing software. Our product is used by the largest sports clubs, live events, museums, and the greatest world sports tournaments. We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Developer to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintaining and administering our Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities
Maintain and administer Salesforce instance, including user access to data, security settings, and application configuration Administer users’ permissions on objects, fields, and reports. Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and resolve any issues. Manage the installation and maintenance of applications within Salesforce. Create customizations for use with Salesforce. Monitor system performance and identify issues. Provide support to users who need help using the platform respond promptly to requests for assistance and offer advice where appropriate. Contribute to document Salesforce platform (user guides, specifications, …). Proven experience: Force.com Platform, PAAS, SAAS Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field. Salesforce Certified Administrator. Knowledgeable with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (mandatory) and Salesforce Experience Cloud (advantaged) 1 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce Flow and other OOTB features Has the ability to work with end-users from non-tech departments like Sales, Service, Marketing Experience with technical and business documentation Strong analytical skills to investigate and correctly identify the root cause Good time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent/ critical requests Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrates professionalism and confidence: dynamic thinker, proactive, can-do attitude, problem solver, and result-oriented. Has a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in English is required. Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks. Nice to have
ITIL certification. Experienced in Data Studio / Tableau/ CRM Analytics Knowing French/German/ Spanish is a strong plus. Why you’ll love working here
