Company Description Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description

1. IT Infra Engineer supporting IT infrastructure for HcP Departments, covering BackEnd & FrontEnd, including ITM/ITL Technical support.

Ensure 24x7 KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & operation excellence for HcP's IT Infrastructure including servers, workstations, DB, networking and IT equipment, etc. Perform service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management for IT infra topics at plant. Responsible for IT infra capacity planning, budgeting, project management, IT asset management, DRP/ BCP, and continuous improvement for responsible services 2. DSP - Data Security Professional (Proxy): Ensure IT compliance for HcP User Departments and IT systems, including but not limited to ISP (Information Security & Privacy) and ITM/ITL (IT for Manufacturing & Laboratory):

Manage AIM (Authorization and Identity Management) for user departments & IT system. Ensure ISP (Information Security and Privacy) compliance for HcP. Maintain IT compliant documentations & processes. Perform IT compliance related self-check and audit. Coordinate IT compliance related activities & projects for HcP. Ensure IT compliance awareness for HcP users via training/ communication. 3. Other tasks:

1. Education

Bachelor's degree. Major in IT Relevant professional certificates from Microsoft/ Cisco/ Oracle...are good plus. 2. Work experience

3 to 5-years-experience in related scope of works: IT Infra FrontEnd/ BackEnd Operation Management. Solid experience in SQL DB & Oracle DB administration is strong plus. Experience in IT security management 3. Traits and Skills

IT Infrastructure Administration, including Windows Server & Client OS, Networking, VMware server. Database administration: Microsoft SQL Database, Oracle database IT Security Administration Good documentation & ITIL experience Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing).
