Our growing technology company is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Design Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience (UX) of our products, while also leading and mentoring a team of talented designers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Manage workload, deadlines, and resources for the design team. Coach and develop team members on design best practices, UX methodologies, and design thinking principles. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new design talent. UX Champion: Champion a user-centric approach across all design projects. Conduct user research, including usability testing, to identify user needs and pain points. Translate user research findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions. Develop and maintain user personas, user flows, and other UX artifacts. Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies and share knowledge with the team. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design and development process. Clearly communicate design vision, rationale, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Advocate for user needs during product planning and development discussions YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Must Have:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on user experience. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a design team. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, user testing, personas, user flows). Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a variety of design projects.. Nice To Have:

Experience working within the technology industry. Knowledge of front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, Javascript). BENEFITS:
