Our partner is a global social enterprise organization—for the Australia branch. The team is initiating and launching new projects to maximize the impact of social support to those in need. The successful candidate of Business Analyst will provide crucial support in gathering requirements and setting up business processes for the new projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis to understand business needs Lead the design of new or improved business processes and document them using industry-standard tools Prepare business impact and risk assessments for proposed changes Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals Define performance indicators to track the effectiveness of new processes Ensure a customer-centric approach throughout the entire process Plan, estimate, and report on Business Analysis activities Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Strong project management experience and highly organized Ability to manage workload and set priorities with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and build trust with cross-functional Strong analytical skills with proficiency in translating business needs into actionable solutions Effectively facilitate business solution workshops with participants ranging from senior management to business users Ability to adjust to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ASW Offers
