Job Description We are seeking a Quality Engineer Lead to act as a key liaison between our team and client, ensuring seamless onboarding, access, and off-boarding processes, and facilitating effective communication channels. This role is responsible for managing team dynamics, taking ownership of delivery outcomes, and ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact between the team and client, coordinating onboarding, access, and off-boarding processes.
Engagement Feedback: Facilitate a continuous feedback loop, representing the team to client and vice versa, to maintain alignment and identify improvement areas.
People Management: Address people management issues as they arise, maintaining a healthy, productive team environment.
Leadership and Delivery: Take ownership of project deliverables, driving the team to meet quality and timeline objectives, while addressing any roadblocks or dependencies.
Recruitment and Backfill: Manage team composition by recruiting new talent as needed and backfilling positions promptly to avoid any impact on delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer Lead or in a similar role
Strong people management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive successful project deliveries
Experience with recruitment and team management
